Milestones

Florence Copper

Florence Copper has had zero reportable incidents since the commencement of the Production Test Facility.

Gibraltar Mine

Gibraltar has received the prestigious John Ash Award in 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2018. Presented by the BC Ministry of Mines, this award is presented to the mining operation with the lowest industry frequency rate and a minimum of one million hours worked.

This success is in large measure a reflection of the skill and dedication of our employees to not only operational excellence but also to the well-being of their fellow workers. Safety is the top priority at Taseko and we take great care to ensure safety is the first consideration in all decisions and actions we take.
